eSIM Guidelines for Use
- eSIM QR Code 須於兌換後 180 天內完成啟用，逾期將自動失效。
The eSIM QR Code must be activated within 180 days of redemption; otherwise, it will automatically expire.
- 請確認您的裝置支援 eSIM 功能且已解除電信商鎖定。
Please confirm that your device supports eSIM functionality and has been carrier-unlocked.
- 每組 QR Code 僅限單一裝置使用，完成綁定後無法轉移至其他裝置。
Each QR Code is limited to a single device. Once binding is complete, it cannot be transferred to another device.
- 方案自首次連接當地合作電信商網路時開始計算。
The plan starts counting from the first time it connects to the local partner telecom network.
- 使用天數及到期時間均以台灣時間（GMT+8）為準。
The usage days and expiration time are all based on Taiwan Time (GMT+8).
- eSIM 屬數位商品，QR Code 發送或綁定後，恕不接受退貨、退款或更換。
eSIM is a digital product. Once the QR Code is sent or bound, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.
